Closing out the week with Dia
For some of us, this Thursday is the last workday before a long weekend. Long weekend or not, all weeks come to a close, and we'd rather end them tidy than with work still on our plate. Here's how a few of us clear the deck before the week’s close.
All week I react to Slack messages with the 👀 emoji when I want to come back to something. At the end of the day I ask Dia to pull and prioritize everything I marked into a single report. No scrolling, no hunting through channels — my loose ends, ranked and in one place.

Before I shut my laptop, I ask Dia: who do I still owe a reply to, and what did I commit to that I haven’t finished yet. It reads across my Slack, Gmail, and Notion and tells me where the ball's in my court, so I can clear those before I log off.

Even though it’s called the Morning Brief, I actually use it all day long. The to-do list is pinpoint accurate for me, and I'll hover over my morning brief tab throughout to see my to-dos at a glance, checking them off as I go.

Go into Settings > Apps and turn New Chat on. Connect your tools and you'll receive your first one tomorrow. (We need Slack at a minimum, but connect more for a richer brief!)
A few more updates
Out of sight, automatically off your mind. New Tab Pages you've drifted away from now clear themselves when you switch apps or lock your screen, so your sidebar stays tidy.

Lately I've gotten into collecting perfume. Here's my July favorites perfume tray, including some recent and fun highlight additions to the collection:
Debaser in Bloom by D.S. & Durga: A white floral featuring a cassette tape note. Smells like warm VCR. Sounds crazy, but its true.
Moth by Zoologist: All their perfumes are based on animals. This one was challenging and hard to find an occasion to wear.
New Eden by House of Cosmo: Supposed to smell like a breath of fresh air on a lush, new planet. While I can't confirm if accurate, it does smell amazing.

Calling all Microsoft power users!
Do you live in Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint? We're building Dia's Microsoft tools and we're looking for early testers to help us get them right. You'd have a direct line to the team for debugging and feedback, a first look at new features as they land, and a real hand in shaping where these tools go. Sign up here.
